Q. Can I participate without logging in?
Yes. Participants and recipients don't need to log in — just open the invite link.
Q. Why is writing time limited to 1 minute?
We believe messages written in the moment feel more genuine. Extended time will be available as a Premium feature.
Q. Can I edit a submitted message?
No. Once submitted, messages can't be edited — preserving that moment is the whole point of MaumReel.
Q. How long are MaumReels stored?
For 30 days after closing. Permanent storage will be available as a Premium feature.
Q. Is there a participant limit?
Up to 5 participants by default. Expanding to 10, 20, or 30 will be a Premium feature.
Q. What happens if someone posts inappropriate content?
AI automatically screens submissions. Creators can hide, report, or block content from the manage page or preview.
